As the GOLDENEYE 20 year is about to be in the past, I would like to thank everyone involved in making this an enjoyable year for the Bond community everywhere.

GOLDENEYE 20 - In Memoriam

We now remember the members of the GOLDENEYE cast and crew who sadly left us in these 20 years. They are all responsible of the success of our beloved film, from the impressive acting to the trumpet sound in the soundtrack. May they always rest in peace and never be forgotten.

GOLDENEYE 20 - Legacy

Taking over $352 million at the worldwide box office, GOLDENEYE was a sizable hit that pleased both the Bond fans and the press, mainly in the United States and Great Britain. 

GOLDENEYE TURNS 20 TODAY!

Our beloved 17th James Bond film, GOLDENEYE, celebrates its 20th anniversary today. After six and a half year of silence, agent 007 returned to the big screen with a new face, but with the same charm and style than ever. 

Unfortunately, our budget is very low to make a big event and the release of SPECTRE plus our "real life" activities prevented us to dedicate the film more time, yet, we invite you all to write us on our social media networks (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) to reflect on your first time watching the film and the impact it had in your life as a Bond fan. Use the hashtag #Happy20thGoldenEye or #goldeneye20 and the most remarkable post will be uploaded on our site and social media.

Our deepest thank you messages go to the cast and crew of the film: Pierce Brosnan, Izabella Scorupco, Famke Janssen, Sean Bean, Alan Cumming, Robbie Coltrane and Judi Dench. At the same time, we remember those who sadly departed, like Gottfried John, Desmond Llewelyn, associate producer Tom Pevsner, continuity manager Iris Rose and screenwriter Michael France, who built up this wonderful story next to Jeffrey Caine and Bruce Feirstein. A very special thank you to Martin Campbell and his team, not only for bringing James Bond back, but for bringing him back with flying colours!

That said, let's raise our Martini glasses ("Shaken not stirred" or "Straight up, with a twist") to silence some screams and to toast for the milestone reached by the film that kept us alive, and a little alone, for these two decades.

GOLDENEYE 20 - Marketing

The marketing team for GOLDENEYE had to prove James Bond was back after six years of absence and had to make justice to the new face of 007, Irish actor Pierce Brosnan, and to his new girls and enemies. Needless to say, they achieved their task with great success with an explosive campaign.

GOLDENEYE 20 - The Gadgets

Sometimes, James Bond needs more than wits to escape from a dangerous situation. Therefore, he relies on Q's gadgets and weapons that many times saved his life. GOLDENEYE 20 - The Costumes

The Bond of the '90s needed a renewal of his classic suits and combat gear, and Welsh-born costume designer Lindy Hemming was in charge of the task of giving a new touch to Pierce Brosnan's 007 costumes: "We wanted him to look modern, but not trendy like someone in advertising".

Beyond the onscreen talent of the main cast, the greatness of the 17th James Bond film GOLDENEYE has to be credited to the film's crew, who made a splendid team building work twenty years ago to bring James Bond back to the screen 20 years ago.
