GoldenEye and The World Is Not Enough 4K Double-bill on Vue Cinemas, UK


If you're a Pierce Brosnan James Bond fan and you live in the United Kingdom, get ready! GOLDENEYE and THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH will be screened in 4K at Vue Cinemas on July 5, as part of the Best of Bond double bills the cinema is offering.
Released in 1995, GOLDENEYE sees James Bond battling his former ally, agent 006 aka Alec Trevelyan (Sean Bean). His plan: to finantially break down Great Britain firing the GoldenEye key to avenge his Cossack Lienz parents, betrayed by the British during World War II. In this film, Judi Dench, Samantha Bond, Robbie Coltrane and Michael Kitchen make their first appaerances in the Bond series.

The Bond film of the Millennium, THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH, has agent 007 facing an emotional challenge when he has to protect the smart and mysterious oil heiress Elektra King (Sophie Marceau) from the hands of the terrorist who killed his father, Renard (Robert Carlyle). This film sees the last appaerance of Desmond Llewelyn as gadget master Q.
