Expendable Bond? - Pierce In Talks to Join Expendables Sequel

Nothing has been confirmed yet, but Pierce Brosnan might be the first James Bond star joining an Expendables sequel. The 60-year-old actor has been approached by producer Avi Lerner, who has been working with Pierce on the spy thriller SURVIVOR, opposite Milla Jovovich and set for a 2015 release.

"He said, 'Would you like to be in THE EXPENDABLES? I'd love to have you', and I said, 'Why not?' So we'll see," the former 007 star pointed out during the interview in reference to his chat with Lerner.

The next Expendables movie, EXPENDABLES 3, opens in August starring Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Antonio Banderas and former Bond alumni Dolph Lundgren (A VIEW TO A KILL) and Robert Davi (LICENCE TO KILL). When asked in which one of the sequels he might appear, Brosnan said "I just said 'yes'. It could be 7".
